Gmail forwarding to Thunk email channel

I want to set up a forwarding rule in Gmail to send all emails to a Thunk email channel. Gmail requires a verification via a link sent to the forwarding address, but this verification email is not showing up in the Thunk email channel. Any reason that might be and solution? Thanks

Ryan, are you the owner of the thunk that you are forwarding the email to?

At the moment, there is a restricition on who can send emails to a thunk.
Only the thunk owner today. But starting on Monday, you’ll also see the option to configure extra email addresses that are allowed to send to the thunk.

This restriction is to avoid random email senders to spam a thunk, especially since each of those emails might kick off AI activity

The forwarding email address is not the owner of the thunk, but they are an admin. The address is able to forward other emails to the thunk, it’s just this verification email that doesn’t go through.

Can you share the Thunk ID for which you are trying to do this in?

With the new Security tab in the email channel I was able to get the forwarding address verified!
